Friends Trip to Nice and Côte d’Azur
Friends Trip to Nice and Côte d’Azur
The South of France has long been a haven for artists and collectors, inspiring visionaries such as Matisse, Picasso, Léger and Chagall to make their homes along the coast, leaving behind a legacy of works that trace the evolution of modern art in Europe.
This carefully crafted tour follows in their footsteps, visiting places where art, architecture and landscapes intertwine, reflecting the spirit of Kettle’s Yard and offering privileged access to remarkable private collections and cultural sites. We will stay in a comfortable 4-star hotel in the heart of Nice, ideally located for our daily excursions. Highlights include two exceptional private collections; the Fondation Maeght – home to one of France’s most important modern art collections; several distinctive villas with notable collections and gardens; and a range of museums and sites of architectural interest.
