Finance Coordinator

Fixed Term / Part-time (0.6FTE)
Salary: £33,951-£39,906 pro rata

We are seeking at temporary Finance Coordinator to join the team at Kettle’s Yard until 31 July 2027, to provide support for the Finance Manager during the University’s Financial Transformation Programme.

If you have experience of financial management and the associated administration and would enjoy helping to manage and operate the finances of a renowned UK Higher Education public gallery, we are looking for you.

The Finance Coordinator reports to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for providing backfill, ensuring a continued smooth running of the public-facing institution’s finance function. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent numerical and IT skills, meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task and prioritise workload. They will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and an ability to deal with a wide range of people at all levels. They will be focused on efficiency and implementing improvements.
