Make Your Mark: Charcoal Workshop
28 May, 10am–1pm
Join artist Ian Brownlie and explore Kettle’s Yard’s sculptures through charcoal and mark-making in this creative workshop.
Inspired by St Edmund (found object), 1975 by John Catto, Ian will introduce you to the world of charcoal and how it can be used to make three-dimensional drawings.
For ages 7–11 years.
What Our Visitors Say
It’s amazing how creative we can be when given the opportunity. Thank you Kettle’s Yard.
Thank you for this event! My family loved it (as with all the family studio events you usually organise).
Our girls had a lovely time and our eldest, who often struggles with unfamiliar environments and tasks, settled right in so much that they didn’t want to leave at the end. The coordinators were great. We’ll be back!
