Kettle's Yard OPEN: 2004

13 November 2004 – 2 January 2005

The Kettle’s Yard OPEN showcased some of the liveliest art being made in the East of England. From almost two hundred submissions, sculptor Claire Barclay and film-maker Mark Lewis selected eleven artists. This year’s exhibition was weighted towards painting, with landscape and travel as recurring themes. Video works included a series of animated films where a couple are caught playing sometimes naughty games.
