William Crozier

Born 1930 – Died 2011

Crozier was born in Glasgow from Irish parents. He studied at the Glasgow School of Art (1949-52), then lived in Paris and Dublin, working as a theatre set painter. In the 1970s he began to teach at the Winchester School of Art. His semi-abstract, rapidly executed landscapes have been exhibited widely in Britain and Ireland.
