Paul Feiler

Born 1918 – Died 2013

Born in Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany, Feiler moved to London in 1933, where he studied at the Slade School of Art (1936–39). His painting became more abstract following a visit to Cornwall in 1949, and in 1975 he bought a chapel near Penzance, where he lived until his death. Feiler’s work is represented in many national collections in Europe and North America.
